The only “Leading Golf Courses” facility with 36 holes in the Alps impresses as the venue for the golf part of the Ski & Golf World Championship in Zell am See-Kaprun. The Friendship Course “Kitzsteinhorn” and the Championship Course “Schmittenhöhe” at the Golf Club Zell am See-Kaprun are a good example of how two courses so close to each other can be so different and yet each offers the greatest golfing enjoyment in its own way. The names of the two courses already reveal a tendency towards the level of difficulty of the respective course.
